How your house looks, how it feels, how it works...
After quoting, measuring the house, and reviewing planning codes, we move to design ideas. This is best done in 3D so you can see your house is and all that it could be.
Whether it's an extension/renovation/alteration/addition, or a new house/granny flat, or garage/carport/hard stand, this is an exciting stage of the project.
DRAFTING
Small details are important...
When it comes to good building and getting approvals, quality building plans are everything.
Our plans are guaranteed and completed to Australian Standards, BCA and Council Assessment Standards.
We draft site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans, shadow diagrams, site management plans, SEE and more.
GETTING APPROVALS
Knowledge is power...
Planning is becoming more complex, not less. And we are good at getting approvals. We specialise in multigenerational or "dual living" changes to existing houses, so please enquire.
Whether it's DA, CC, CDC, S.96, Change of Use or other, most clients ask us to submit plans on their behalf because we make the process easier.
